Radiations accompanying corrosion of metals
Experimental study of omission of radiation invisible to eye discovered photographically, first in corrosion of aluminum and its amalgams, and later in corrosion of many other metals (Mg, Cd, Zn, Pb, etc); experiments justifying theoretical assumption that intensity of emission is proportional to rate of corrosion.
