Installation of two boilers atop Kirby Building in Dallas, Tex; each has capacity of 24,290 sq ft or direct steam radiation; fuel is natural gas; basement condensate pump used to return condensate from basement to roof is of regenerative turbine type directly connected to 5-hp motor; reason for roof location was that rental value of basement was high.
