Stadium roof hung from hollow girder
Unusual reinforced concrete roof for Seattle, Wash, High School Memorial stadium; 28,000 sq ft concrete roof is supported by four reinforced concrete H beams, arranged on top of slab; detail of main box girder 8 ft high, 6 ft wide and 206 ft long; ribs extend from main girder to front of stand; distance of 69 ft, and 33 ft to back of stand.
