To protect concrete aggregate from intense heat of desert sun at Davis Dam on Colorado River, wooden shed was erected over stockpiles; each of four compartments of shed can hold 1000 cu yd of aggregate; illustrated data on shed structure and batching plant which is connected to aggregate stockpile by means of conveyor belt.
