Results of tests to determine relationship, for different types of reinforcing steel, between degree of tensile stress in steel and resistance of reinforced concrete to severe natural weathering; results indicate that specimens with bars having deformations complying with ASTM Designation A 305-50T performed more satisfactorily than did those with old style deformations.
