Yielded patterns in structural steel members
Elasto-plastic problems are studied theoretically and experimentally to specify load vs deformation characteristics of structures beyond elastic limit; yielded patterns in structural steel members are investigated by photoelastic coating method and results are compared with existing plastic theories; members are tested for cantilevers, for beams with one end clamped and other end simply supported, and for eccentrically loaded beam-columns. (In Japanese with English summary) (11812)
