Weather modification as watershed management tool
Analysis is given of potential runoff increases produced by weather modification as watershed management tool in Southern Sierra Nevada mountains of California; evaluation is made of potential for production of increased water supply for three distinct water producing periods during year; advantages of winter operations are result of amounts of precipitation during effective watershed management; primary advantage of summer operations is in high value of water.
