Discussion on determination of optimum productivity of continuous cold rolling mills; calculations by method proposed for determining productive capacity and technical and economic performance of modern high-speed continuous cold rolling mills show that economically satisfactory limits of rolling speed increase lie between 25 and 35 m/sec, according to mill type and grades produced; optimum coil weights were determined for different annual mill productivities.
