Results of measurements obtained with Road Research Laboratory sideway-force test vehicle; measurements were made on 41 sections of autobahns in Bavaria and in Cologne area of West Germany; 35 of sections were Gussasphalt, 3 asphaltic concrete, 2 cement concrete and 1 `Wabit'; information is given on cost, design, traffic flows and texture-depths of surfacings.
