Single grade of oil and single gradation were used; test procedures consisted of Marshall method supplemented by tests to measure durability; research work consisted of study of problems and selection of method for preparation of Marshall test samples, and laboratory testing program; testing program included study of influence of curing prior to compaction on Mar-shall stability, on compressive strength, on durability, and on various types of aggregate.
