New 1-story office building in San Antonio, Tex, serves as pilot project for new techniques with forms and achieves beautiful structure with undulating concrete roof supported by ring-like concrete columns; unusual columns were cast in single form on site and anchored to foundations by welding steel plates; movable steel-framed plywood forms were fabricated for overhangs and for rest of roof.
