Form liners dress up library
Ribbed form liners and precast concrete facing panels were used to dress up interior of new library at University of Pennsylvania; concrete walls are ribbed vertically and rise 2 stories upward to ceiling of foyer; construction of library also features use of precast concrete liner panels as facing material for all interior columns.
