Behavior of concrete columns reinforced with high strength steels
Use of high strength steels in reinforced concrete columns was investigated; results of experimental work are given and behavior of specimens under load described; outline of theoretical analysis is presented together with list of assumptions made; discussion of results and comparison between theoretical and experimental values are made with special emphasis on effect of eccentricity of loading, concrete strength and percentage of reinforcement.
