Methods used in construction of New Mexico's new penitentiary; 6×8-ft by 7-ft high cells have 6-in. and 8-in. reinforced concrete walls; how duplication of cell dimensions and tremendous amount of formwork needed per cubic yard of concrete, prompted contractor to use prefabricated forms; use of standard panel form of 1/2 in. plywood set in steel frame, with five-sided specially fabricated form of 7 ga sheet steel.
