Directional spectra of laboratory wind waves
Method is presented for determination of two-dimensional spectrum of wind-generated water waves, using four-detector array of wave gages arranged in star shape; method and computer program were checked using known theoretical wave surface; four time series, corresponding to hypothetical four-detector array with same dimensions as actual one, were developed; directional spectrum for this theoretical wave surface was then calculated by proposed method.
