Tests on beams reinforced with high-tensile steel and mild steel
Report on tests conducted in order to ascertain whether high tensile steel may be used at its full permissible stress in ordinary grade concrete, leading to conclusion that, when reinforced with high tensile steel, working stresses of concrete may be raised at least to extent allowed by Austrian regulations.
