A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
To reduce loosening of ballast due to train passage, improved track construction based on asphalt ballast is proposed; experiments conducted to discover proper rate of mixture for forming highly adhesive and thin asphalt layer on ballast stone surface; results of repeated shock tests with graphical and numerical data.
