Moving water main in conneaut without discontinuing service
Pavement of Route 20, to be widened, necessitated removal of all water mains to location at least 2 ft outside new pavement and all fire hydrants at least 6 ft outside; all service pipe to cross under pavement in conduits, all joints in cast iron pipe crossing under pavement at street intersections to be both calked with lead and provided with bell joint clamps.
