Description of 2 underground parking garages which have capacity of 756 cars; both are 200 ft wide; one is 800 ft long, other 400 ft; ramps, each made up of three 11-ft lanes, give access to garages on either side; garage structure is of reinforced concrete, columns with flaring capitals carrying 18-in. deep flat slab panels 20 × 25 ft in plan; ceiling height in garages is 15 ft.
