Bulk cargo loading terminal designed to meet specific requirements of Great Lakes Carbon Corp; bulk loading wharf is 781 ft long and 29 ft wide, and accommodates 2 standard gage railroad tracks; minimum of 4-in. concrete protection outside of all reinforcing steel specified and obtained; wharf handling facilities described; method proposed for handling calcined coke.
