Cement dispersion and concrete quality
Making cement in concrete mix more effective is purpose of dispersing agents; by this action, clumps of cement are separated into individual particles, thus presenting greater surface area for hydration and requiring smaller amount of water for given consistency; dispersion is related to economy by making concrete more placeable, and by improving its durability and strength.
