Most modern completely air conditioned, windowless plant constructed of prefabricated steel completed by North American Aviation Inc, at Dallas, Tex; this is first plant to build 18-hole golf course on its roof as camouflage device; plant consists of six major building units as follows: main building, foundry building, drop hammer building, paint storage building, power house and small police building.
