Arsenic content of a well water
Water contained arsenic, chloride, and soda bicarbonate; arsenic content of water, determined several times in 1928 and 1929, varied from 5.8 to 6.5 mg. per liter; fixation obtained in tests with Choussy water bottled for some time and with arsenical solution of like composition was lower than with fresh well water. (see also brief translated abstract in Water and Water Eng.; vol. 32, no. 380, Aug. 20, 1930, p. 401)
