Crazing and Cracking on Concrete Surfaces
Following precautions are suggested as means of preventing concrete surface crazing and cracking: (1) use of relatively lean (1:3) mixes; (2) reducing troweling to minimum; (3) use of relatively coarse aggregates with low absorptions; (4) thorough and strictly controlled curing; (5) careful craftsmanship.
