Bridge over River Oise near its junction with Seine river; arch has span of 414 ft. with height of 55 ft.; cross-section of both arches is rectangular, 6 ft. 10 in. high in center and 4 ft. 2 in. high at abutments; description of reinforcements and their arrangement; abutments were built upon concrete pile foundations.
