Absorption of energy in ionized gases
Absorption of energy in ionized gases; gas was in two tubes, each 5 cm in diam, one 50 cm and other 110 cm in length; current from dynamo of 2000 × 0.6 volt-amperes was passed between aluminum electrodes and regulated by kenotron in series; phenomenon is analyzed. (see also brief English abstract in Wireless Engr and Experimental Wireless v 10 n 116 May 1933 p 266)
