A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
Project now in process of realization, to provide drainage as well as irrigation of reclaimed marshlands is briefly described; continuous 71 cu ft/sec flow of water to 33,360 acre area during dry season will be supplied to marshlands; considerable work is required for conducting water from great distance, river crossing, and pumping; original "floating" type construction of pumping station dam built on poorly consolidated silt is briefly described.
