Description of the works constructed by a private corporation, consisting of a dam 520 ft. long, 16 ft. wide, and 30 ft. high, of earth, with masonry and puddle heart, forming storage reservoir of 23 acres of 60,000,000 galls. capacity; distributing reservoir, with masonry dam. 170 ft. long, 20 ft. high, and 5 ft. wide at top; 11 1/2 miles of pipe.
