Thermal insulation for thin roofs
Report on tests, made at Building Research Station, Garston, of double roof, taking advantage of high insulating value of closed air space; measurements carried out on roof of corrugated asbestos-cement sheeting, using, as lining, plywood faced on both sides with 21-gage aluminum sheet known as Plymax, also new insulating material consisting of stout paper covered on both sides with aluminum foil.
