New surfacing material claimed to be not only cheaper, but more durable than granite sets, and to involve no maintenance costs; built up of special sections of cast iron; blocks are each 1 ft sq by 2 in. deep and are hollow with ribbed undersides; diamond-shaped studs on upper surfaces prevent skidding and provide natural drainage system.
