Analytical solution for laterally loaded piles with polynomial variation of soil modulus
Analytical solution in form of power series is presented for laterally loaded piles with polynomial variation of soil modulus; graphs are presented in nondimensional form as suggested by L.C. Reese and H.Matlock; in order to compare rigid pile theory with elastic pile theory, graphs for former with polynomial variation of soil modulus are given.
