Committee on Registration of Engineers reports that policy statement published in Sept 1965 J of Professional Practice is reaffirmed with amended wording and extended in conformity with policy of ASCE to maintain current viewpoint on registration matters; described policy is intended to assure that regulation of engineering profession is directed to protection of public health, safety, and welfare.
