Flexible construction system for multistory and medium high buildings, special features of which are long spans for beam and floor units and few components with load-carrying function; floor slabs which are made of concrete with pretensioned reinforcement, cross building from one outer wall to other or are supported by load-carrying walls generally separating individual apartments; absence in design of walls dividing apartment makes possible positioning of partition walls and other structural units as desired.
