Located on hill side, city consists of 98 one-family homes and eight apartment houses with total of 817 apartments for two to eight persons, as well as shops, restaurants, parks, schools, social and cultural facilities, and own power plant; apartment buildings are based on 5.60 m module, all elements being precast on site; to avoid monotony, five already erected buildings are 60 m towers, whereas three other buildings will be designed as five-story apartment blocks; public elevators will connect lower and upper city levels.
