Components of room climate and methods of their measurement, as well as their mutual interaction and means for obtaining optimum comfort are discussed; method of simultaneously measuring air temperature, motion, and humidity by means of electric katathermometer shielded from heat radiation, is described; data obtained enable establishment of seven-factor nomogram for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of optimum climatic conditions.
