Nonsteady flow for wells with decreasing discharge
Solution for nonsteady flow to well completely penetrating homogeneous elastic artesian aquifer is developed; consideration is given to discharge-time exponential function that approaches approximately constant pumping rate; solution for drawdown is expressed in terms of discharge and aquifer characteristics; solution developed provides greater accuracy in calculation of aquifer characteristics and drawdown, especially for short-period pumping tests.
