Studies on soil-aggregate-sodium chloride-stabilized roads in Franklin County, Iowa
Thickness of surface courses and amount of float material on surface of road were determined; float material was tested in laboratory to study any gradation changes that occur following displacement from intact surface course; component materials of soil-aggregate mix were tested to determine what changes in physical properties are attributed to addition of sodium chloride.
