Illustrated description of construction of dock 350 ft long; for concreting of walls 7 to 1 mass concrete was used; faced with precast block work to form steps and broad altars at levels; excavation and concreting carried out with assistance of six 2 1/2-ton to 3-ton locomotive cranes.
