Details of 78 units, 40 ft. in diam. and 40 ft. high, built for ogee overflow dam, 1585 ft. long, 38 ft. high, across Ohio River, at Shields, Pa.; unit cells, joints, bulkheads and dam cross-section; full-circle cranes were used to drive sheeting, and to excavate interior of cofferdam.
