New model for distributing short and long distance travel
For studying and forecasting traffic patterns in large area including both urban and rural sections, new distribution model was developed; study area and its physical and socio-economic characteristics are described; method used to establish trip generators and attractors; history of earlier distribution models; Stouffer hypothesis is quoted and its universality is investigated; method of application of hypothesis to study area; resume of results.
