Simplified calculation of elastic-plastic deflections of beams with limited displacement of supports
Deflections of rectangular elastic-plastic beams were calculated by means of collocation method, based on assumption of only one distribution function of deflection angles; function parameters were chosen which satisfied boundary as well as collocation conditions; plastifications of cross-section in middle of span subjected to concentrated load as well as of supporting cross-sections was analyzed; effect of linear reinforcement on reaction and deflection of rectangular beam was examined.
