Recommendations for adoption of following clearance dimensions: clear height from bottom of runners or other supports to under side of platform 8 to 12 in.; minimum horizontal distance between inside of runners or other supports, 29 in.; this recommendation is effective from Oct. 1, 1928, subject to annual revision by standing committee of industry; history of project.
