Widening highways in three states
To Maryland on boulevard between Baltimore and Washington; new concrete shoulders 10 ft. wide and 9 in. thick along both sides of existing pavement for 3.7 mi.; Lake Shore Road leading from Buffalo to Erie and Cleveland was widened at several places in New York State; in Michigan 2 1/2 mi. of widening on Telegraph Road, main highway between Detroit and Toledo.
