Two movable platforms instead of numerous permanent ones used for completion of 400 ft. octagonal tower of new Nebraska State House; structure is built in sections and will require from 10 to 12 years to complete; Lewis pins not depended on for hoisting stone to top of shaft, but only for holding it in place while mortar bed was being made.
