Longest cantilever span across Mississippi River; specifications governing design of superstructure; river crossing consists of 964-ft channel span, two 470-ft anchor spans, two 213-ft deck truss spans, two 120-ft girder spans, 1440 ft of steel trestle and 160-ft paved approach fill within retaining walls; 964-ft channel span includes 234-ft suspended span.
