200,000-gal capacity tank, which supplies storage water for laboratories and farm at Univ Toronto, is of prestressed design built in accordance with principles of patented preload system; concrete is placed under constant compression stress in excess of all tensile stresses which may develop due to shrinkage, plastic flow, temperature contraction, and hydraulic loading.
