Three-piercement-type salt domes were discovered during year, two in Madison Parish and one in Tensas Parish; Tullulah and Coleman domes are 6 mi apart; Ashwood dome, in Tensas Parish, is 6 1/2 mi northwest of Newellton dome; one test on Newellton dome was drilled during year; summary of 1942 developments.
