Experimental houses built with lightweight concrete
To provide information for post war housing, Ministry of Works has constructed experimental houses, mostly of brick, except for 2 pairs of steel frame construction with concrete slab filling, 1 pair of "No fines" concrete, 1 pair of concrete with foamed slag aggregate, and 1 pair of concrete with expanded clay aggregate.
