Coney island public beach and boardwalk improvement
Description of improvement which consisted of construction of an elevated highway, or boardwalk, making of a public bathing beach exterior to walk, construction of a bulkhead several thousand feet in length along interior line of beach, and of a series of groynes and jetties for protection of new beach and adjacent upland, including methods used.
