Provides sitting accommodation for 25,000, ring seats for 10,000 and standing room for additional 91,500 persons; all around building there is practically uninterrupted series of 31 terraces of concrete steps erected on bearers of rolled-steel joists; whole building is constructed of concrete on steel skeleton.
